The PHACT Zone does not have pre-written literature since we believe that every company has to be treated as a separate entity. What we do is tailor your needs however large or small and work with you to achieve the mutual goals. Of course, there are fundamentals to be taught and used to achieve our goals and these are ongoing as the process of stress management is a process of continual learning and action. As a business you choose exactly how much or little you need to succeed in your organisation.

The PHACTZ Zone is a new business – we do not have referrals or testimonials. Despite this, we are so sure that what we offer is going to be of huge benefit to any organisation, that we will offer free consultations before you make your decision about using us. That way you can make your own decision without pressure as to the value we can bring to your business.

If your company so chooses we can offer one-2-one stress counselling for you and your employees that can be conducted at your or our premises. We can present stress awareness seminars that last about an hour. These can be conducted at almost any time of day to suit your business and are for 5 – 10 people. These sessions would be ideally suited to those responsible for personnel but all personnel will benefit. They are designed to greatly heighten the awareness and signs of stress within the organisation/department and to give the managers the tools to deal with stressful situations for both themselves and their people. How many sessions you have depends upon the depth you wish your managers to go. At all times those attending will receive handouts that can be used on a daily basis to assist them in their roles. And remember, these seminars are only one hour in length because we know you are busy. Check out the costs here

Our expertise extends to running a full stress management program for your organisation. This begins with surveying your people and assessing the results before embarking on a bespoke program for your organisation. This program is where your organisation can benefit the most and where we undertake to reduce your attrition rate by 1% at the worst. Imagine saving on just one head in a year and increase the feeling of well being within your business and as a result reduce sickness and absenteeism. A conservative estimate would be around £25,000 for that one person and considerably more for the reduction in absenteeism. We work with you to identify key players who would contribute the most valuable data and an element of “mystery” shopping. The surveys are £25 per person and upon analysis of that data we will present to you a program of stress management for your organisation. Many details perhaps unknown to you will be presented to help you understand the dynamics of your workforce. Then and only then do we discuss the costs of implementing that program, as we believe that every organisation has to be considered on its on merits, needs and unique culture.

The PHACT Zone is not unique in its skill set but is unique in its approach as those working on your behalf have an incredible wealth of experience in dealing with stress both at the workplace and at a personal level. We do not pretend to know everything but are skilled in the reasons why stress occurs and how to combat it at source.
