50-100 at this level you have many times where stress is overpowering and badly affects you. You may well experience symptoms of stress such as anxiety and worry and aches and pains. You should seek medical advice and help from a stress consultant.
over 100 means you are at a chronic level of stress and must seek professional guidance from your doctor to redress the balance and get back to well-being. A stress consultant can give you additional guidance after this.
