PHACT Zone sits between out and out stress counsellors and corporate health
schemes where stress counselling is provided via phone/email. We recognise that
individual needs are as important as group and organisational needs and vice
versa. Our programs for stress management at a strategic and individual level
work because we engage with you and adopt your culture. We have no wish to
change your way of working or introduce change that is not conducive to the
profitability of your business.
The
people involved with the PHACTZ Zone have all experienced high levels of
workplace stress as well as at personal levels and fully understand the processes
for getting well. It is not just cognitive processing for getting well but a
proper understanding of what happens to you physically, mentally and emotionally
when stress is experienced. We adhere to the Counselling Code of Conduct and are
registered counsellors. In addition, we have studied and become qualified in
advanced stress and corporate stress consulting. Without exception we have an
