The crystal ball I bought was a present for my Gran's birthday and knowing I was worried about getting it on time Phil kept me informed about the progress of my order right through to the point of despatch. He also kindly phoned me direct on receipt of my e-mail and patiently answered my questions and queries prior to me placing the order. The ball arrived in good time, packed and wrapped securely and in perfect condition.
